Architecture the latest entrant in the Knowledge Process Outsourcing scene

Global KPO players have identified the Architectural Design segment as a potential growth generator in the outsourcing sector and plan to cash in on this new development. India based Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd is leading the way in incorporating Architectural Design services into its BPO portfolio for broader business outsourcing opportunities. The company has chalked out organic and inorganic business expansion plans and has shortlisted many small and mid sized architectural firms in India and the US for acquisition. According to the MD of Cerebra, "We see huge potential in this segment as firms globally outsource activities such as design, drawings, 3D modelling and so on to save on costs, this is a very manpower intensive segment and the cost savings arising from outsourcing for international firms would be significant."
